Depending on the destination, shipping usually takes about 3-7 working days.

Shipping is carried out by Austrian Post AG.

Returns:

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returns unless, of course, your package or the goods are damaged. We will then cover the shipping costs. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept shipments that are sent carriage forward. Any fees incurred for shipments that are sent carriage forward must unfortunately be borne by the sender.

Withdrawal is possible within a period of 14 days.
